Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AdvisorAI, a software-as-a-service product operated by Rustem Yertisbay (“we,” “us,” or “our”), available at advisorai.help (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AdvisorAI provides AI-assisted tools for automotive service advisors, including generation of customer estimates, plain-language repair explanations, and upsell suggestions based on job descriptions you provide. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the Service on behalf of your employer or dealership where applicable.

4. Subscriptions and billing

AdvisorAI offers a free plan with limited daily usage and paid subscription plans. The Pro plan is billed at $29 USD per month (plus applicable taxes) unless otherwise stated at checkout. Team and other plans are billed at the prices shown on our website at the time of purchase.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion (e.g. a stated money-back trial period).
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

5. Free trial and cancellation

Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of dealership policies
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our models or source code
  • Share account access outside your licensed team size
  • Submit content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware
  • Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

7. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for assistance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all estimates, explanations, and recommendations before presenting them to customers or your employer. AdvisorAI does not replace professional judgment, manufacturer guidelines, or legal obligations of your dealership.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of job descriptions and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVISORAI AND RUSTEM YERTISBAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdvisorAI and Rustem Yertisbay from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
